Remonica Thurmond, PMHNP-BC I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Ascendia Wellness Care, LLC. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional balance through compassionate, personalized mental health care. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents and adults. My approach is patient-centered, meaning I take the time to truly listen, understand your concerns, and work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and goals. I specialize in treating a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and other mood disorders.
